High Arsenic Levels

I had a hair analysis for heavy metals and my mercury level is fine but my arsenic level is 6 times what it should be (mine is 0.37, reference 0.060). I am getting a second test and getting my Chinese Herbs tested by a lab to see if that is the source.
I have tingling in my feet and hands for 1 year, am very tired and confused mentally (maybe nervous because of the worry) for 2 months. I follow a strict 80% raw and 20% vegan diet.
I have ordered clay baths and take foot baths twice a week with a machine that is suppose to pull out toxins. I understand that arsenic settles in the bones. What else should I do?

Hair analysis is the most inaccurate way I know of to estimate a heavy metal load. The preferred method is the DMPS Challenge Test. ( EDTA takes out arsenic very effectively. Long term oral EDTA might be a good choice. You can order it over the Internet at bargain basement prices. I am not suggesting you do this, as you are not my patient. However, many of my patients have used this method with great success.
