Can you let someone that had a heart attack drink DMSO? If so, what will it do? If not, what could it do?

DMSO helps prevent and break up blood clots on an acute basis. 100% DMSO is too concentrated for the oral route and would require dilution. I have heard of doctors giving straight DMSO IV push after a stroke with great success. I have no experience in this as so cannot personally recommend it.
