I have been experiencing hypothyroid type symptoms for the last 5 years. My doctor tells me the test is normal. The only thing wrong is that the gland in my throat is to big and he can't do anything about it. Well, today I got angy and called for my test result, but they don't tell me anything. What do I say when I call for my results?

There is not enough information here to comment. In general, if your doctor is not getting the job done, like anyone else, that doc can be fired and replaced.
