I saw a mention of this in a message regarding high cholesterol levels. I currently am taking Zocor for this, but would consider adding anything that would help. I do have a family history of heart attack and stroke and without the Zocor my levels are very high. Also have very low levels of good and high levels of bad. Triglycerides are awful too.

Actually my diet is pretty good as I have had this problem many years. I am always interested in natural products though and will check out the site you sent me.
