Adrenal Fatigue

I am a 22 year old student in Scotland. I feel slowed down mentally and physically. I am increasingly unable to think clearly for much of the day and my memory for even the simplest thing can be poor. I feel like my body is struggling to get going (especially just after a meal) and I often wake up in the morning feeling tired and irritable. I am aware of physical sensations (mostly unpleasant) in my head, and for the past couple of months have felt like something is pressing lightly on my forehead. Could I have adrenal exhaustion?

Almost surely your problem relates to toxicity, probably metal toxicity complicated by poor digestion as a result of heavy metal toxicity of the intestines. Unraveling all this and returning you to health is possible, but it will require some guidance from a health professional who thoroughly understands what is going on and who has experience in leading people out of those deep dark woods in which you now find yourself. I am willing to bet that your teeth are loaded with dental (mercury) amalgams and/or that you eat a lot of fish. If you are hypoadrenal, it will almost certainly be secondary to heavy metal toxicity and will clear up when that issue is handled.
