DMSO and IGF-1

I know DMSO is a carrier that can transport substances across the skin. Do you think it would be able to transport a polypeptide such as IGF-1?

For our reader's clarification, IGF-1 is a major metabolite of HGH and has some anabolic effects of its own. I do not know if it would be transported by DMSO, although I suspect it would be. However under any circumstances it would not be advisable as the relationship between artificially induced IGF-1 levels and cancer is statistically strong.
