Raynauds Syndrome

Has an effective treatment been found for Raynauds Syndrome? I have suffered the effects of this for over 10 years and it's getting worse. As I understand it my main option is to avoid cold and I try, but I live in Colorado. If there are options, will you help me to find them?

Raynaud's usually comes with associated disorders, and not only those commonly listed (hypothyroidism and the collagen vascular diseases - lupus, scleroderma, etc.). Many factors affect peripheral circulation. Obviously stop caffeine, tea and coffee - evan decaf, and stop smoking, if you do. Get checked for arteriosclerosis. I suppose the best advice I could give you is to have the most thorough evaluation possible by the most experienced person possible. Of course, there is always this solution: move to warmer climes.
