Weird symptoms - respiratory vasculitis?

In another post, someone mentioned respiratory vasculitis. What symptoms does it present? I have lupus and vasculitis in the brain. I have been experiencing episodes when walking and/or talking where I become weak, slowed down, my head fills up like in the mountains, I feel like I am not getting enough air, my voice sounds muffled and nasal, and all the color drains from my face. Just wondering if it is the vasculitis causing this.

It sounds very likely, but of course neither cerebral or respiratory vasculitis can be a definite diagnosis is impossible save taking a piece of brain or lung and putting it under a microscope.
