Frequency of anaerobic exercise

I want to do anaerobic exercise to release HGH. I don't know how long the release of HGH lasts after an exercise session, or how often I should do anaerobic exercise for this purpose?

HGH release is intense for up to two hours after exercise, long enough to build muscle if that is your intention. For that purpose it is released in the first place. As to how often, depends on your goal. Bodybuilders do that stuff twice per day. To stay in shape, well toned and healthy, three times per week at 20 minutes per day (without goofing around) is sufficient for most people under 60: Mon, Wed. Fri. works well with a day in between to recover.
