HGH release via aneobic exercise

In your article you clearly recommend using anaerobic exercise to release HGH, but you also say that carbohydrate intake blocks the release of HGH. I don't want to forego all carbohydrates in my diet, but I do want to use exercise to release HGH. Am I misinterpreting the meaning of the article? Could it be that I could do anaerobic exercise to release HGH then not eat carbohydrates for some period of time, say 10 hours, then resume a normal diet?

Yes, very possible. Whatever effect you have from that exercise session should have dissipated by 10 hours.
