Tubes tied and then reversal op

A close friend got her tubes tied after having a sick baby. She then realized that it was the biggest mistake of her life and got a reversal operation, getting her tubes rejoined. She fell pregant a year or two later and four weeks into the pregnancy had an ectopic that nearly took her life. She fell pregant again and then miscarried, the doctor saying that her body disolved the baby. A year or two later, she began mentruating non stop due to a hormone imbalance. She is on hormones now, and would like to have another baby. Is there any way of improving her chances? She is in her 40's

Well, have the doc check the patency of the tubes. Other than than, avoid extreme exercise programs and have the doc take a close look at all related blood hormone levels.
