What diet therapy do you recommend for someone who has Parkinson's disease? My mother's nutritionist is telling her to eat a low protein diet with no dairy products.

Antioxidants benefit Parkinson's to some degree, therefore a diet high in fruits and vegetables would be preferable. Also, there is something new for Parkinson's: IV Glutathione. Most of the docs on this web site would be familiar with it by now. I suggest you call one of them up and have a conversation.
