My wife is 73 for the last four weeks she has gone to the hospital five time with a emergency.bleeding so bad I thought she might not get there in time. they sent her to the unviersty hospital and they didn't do anything but send her home. Can anyone tell me what it is good for it seemed to help her. They have not given my wife anything, just tells us to come back.

Advice about how to manage the tendency to bleed excessively should only come from a physician who understands the cause of the tendency in the particular person in whom the bleeding is manifest. It appears from what you write that no one has explained to you why your wife should be bleeding excessively. You have a right to this information. I suggest you assert this right by demanding a thorough explanation and a corresponding treatment plan.
