With regard to high cholesterol and diabetes mellitus, how much chromium picolinate taken orally is too much?

I am not sure how much it takes to overdose, but 400 micrograms (that is 0.4 milligrams) is enough. Whatever effect it will have should be realized at that dose for an average sized adult.
