Weaning off rT3

I took T3 for 12 weeks to clear my rt3. I was not told I had to wean off t3 after 12 weeks. I have carried on 90 mcg/day since mid Jan. I started yesterday to take 87.5mcg/day (Cytomel). How often/how much should I wean off by?

You have asked a question which I am not allowed to answer. I am not aware that T3 "clears" rT3. I can say that 90 mcg. is a stong dose, but I can have no idea if you need that as I have not seen your lab, and even if I had I am still not your doc and in no medical/legal position to advise you. This is an educational service as clearly stated in the lead-up to posting a question. What this is not is it is not a substitute for your doctor's medical advice.
