Hydrogen Peroxide and possible Kidney infection

My wife has had a urinary tract infection for 5 or 6 weeks. She is on her third round of antibiotics and it is not responding. She is complaining of pain coming from her kidneys. She thinks she tested positive with E-Coli. I have ordered Food Grade Hydrygen Peroxide. Is it safe to put her on the standard Hydrogen peroxide theapy starting with 3 drops in distilled water 3 times per day and increasing as directed? I have read that the only people who can't do the treatment are people who have had organ transplants, which she has not had. Just want to be sure it's OK considering pain in Kidneys. Also should we expect positive results in fixing this condition? Could she benifit from a Hydrogen Peroxide Bath, also?
