Multiple Infections, Adrenal, Thyroid -what to treat first

I am a 25 yr old male in decent shape. I have been having adrenal and thyroid problems for about 2 years. I also just found out that I have a couple of infections going on: Candida, EBV, Strep. I also have a slightly raised C4a, and high levels of Ammonia. My doctor just prescribed an aggressive protocol of antibiotics and antifungals with a detox kit. I'm a little worried about Herxing with low adrenal and thyroid function. Should I go on T3 and/or cortisol before I start this protocol (I have very high reverse T3 and low levels of T3)? Also, I have done a little research on the SanPharma Protocol and I'm assuming you would recommend this for me instead of the antibiotics? If so, how do I go about starting it? Is it over the counter?

You assume too much, including that you assume I can recommend treatment to someone who is not my patient. This is a service for answering questions about medicine, not recommending treatments to someone I do not know. I really do not have enough information to even render medical information aside for the fact that you have asked for treatment recommendations (which I surely cannot render), not medical information. Not quite true - you did ask if the SanPharma Protocol is an over the counter. Answer: no, it is a special application of the SanPharma remedies designed by practitioners over the years. The components are sold only through licensed doctors. If you want a niore thorough answer to you concerns, you must go through the "Educational Consultation" option and if you do, be much more thorough and formulated in your questions. I still will not be recommending treatment as there is a serious medical-legal barrier to that. However, I may be able to give you enough educational information to be of service.

Almost ALL of the questions I've read on here are about personal situations and recommendations. I can also point to specific questions on this service where you have answered with medical advice. I must have caught you on a bad day. I was simply asking if you thought I should hold off on antibiotics and try to find someone to give me the SanPharma. Thanks anyways, I guess.

You have not caught me on a bad day. I cannot give medical advice in this forum. If you can couch your question in terms of a search for knowledge rather than "should I do this or that," then I can answer you. Try to get the distinction.

Now you are catching on. Certainly SP works, otherwise I would not be using it all these years. Hypoadrenalism and hypothyroidism are easily diagnosed and treated and do have an impact on the immune system although one cannot posit that thos conditions directly cause infections. Occasionally antibiotic treatment has a lasting effect in treatment of fungus, especially if the condition is caught early. When fungal infections become chronic they become increasingly resistant to antibiotics and usually come back even stronger after antibiotic treatment. Of course doctors are generally uninformed about SanPharma. It is a German company and the use of that kind of remedy is not taught in American medical schools.

Decline in adrenal function is almost always an effect of aging, sometimes premature aging and is best dealt with by treating with orthomolecular hormones. The same can be said about the thyroid system with the caveat that the thyroid can collapse rather dramatically in some people. As to the SP Protocol, you must find a doctor who stocks the remedies and is skilled in their use. There is no law against clearing of "yeast syndrome" before or after dealing with hormones.
