wake-up jolt!

I am a 55 year old male with no apparent health problems. The only prescription drug I take is Flonase. I have had extensive blood work done which all proved OK. EVERY morning between 5 and 7AM I wake up to tremors in my arms and a very anixous feeling throughout my body (like when someone startles you). My nerves feel like they are jumping out of my skin. This is an extreme feeling. My doctor first thought it was sleep Apnea so I went to a sleep clinic . IT DID NOT HELP. I do have seasonal allergies and have suffered from anxiety in the past. My diet is perfect (primarily fresh and raw) and I exercise. I've tried Chiropractic again with no real relief. My
doctors now seem to think (after all the test) that " the likely explanation is anxiety/panic disorder which is marked by inappropriate release of catecholamines such as adrenaline or epinephrine." If this is true, is there anything I CAN DO except anti-anxiety meds?

If your doctor's diagnosis is correct, you may want to know that people generally have good success with medical marijuana at bedtime. If you live in one of the 13 states in which medical marijuana has been approved, it should be an easy path to find a doctor who will prescribe it for you. It is surely worth investigation.
