I am 56 years old (F) and in moderate health. I have observed that coffee (latte: with whole milk no sugar) intake causes my digestion to appear to cease, pain in my limbs, and my weight to gain. Could this be a fact or a milk allergy? Also to visit your clinic, do I need a specific problem or can I come for a check-up and diagnosis of the condition of my health?

You may surely come to my office for a check-up and diagnosis. You can ask for the appointment by email at List a range of dates when you are available and I will give you a specific day and time. This could be a milk allergy and to pin that down, consume the milk alone and see what happens, then the coffee alone and see what happens. Regardless of the outcome, coffee cancels out a lot of anti-oxidants and accelerates any degenerative diseases which may already be present or just below the threshold of expression.
