If you have airborne allergies (tree and grass pollens, mold, house dust, etc.), I have found that responds best to traditional desensitization ("shots" as you call them) and really it responds in no other way, to my knowledge - other than avoiding the allergens. The overuse of antibiotics can actually weaken the immune system. The best method to build the immune system I know of is to detox from heavy metals (which may mean dental amalgam removal if they are present) using chelation therapies followed by the SanPharma Protocol. That returns the immune system to full strength in about 98% of the several hundred cases I have seen. I do not necessarily recommend anything for you as you are not my patient, and I do not know your full story, nor have I examined you. I am simply reflecting on the experience I have had in my practice.
