I am 51 years old in good health. I have a family history of high sugar.including a brother who is diabetic. My sugar level for the last 25 years has been around 120. How could I get my sugar level down without taking medication? A few days ago I asked you about arrector pili muscles on the scotrum that are built in the system. I was satisfied with your answear. What is the correct spelling arrector pili muscles erector pili muscles [This is how you spelled it.] I wanted to make sure we are talking about the same thing.
