Irritable & frequent urination & other problems

Since more than 10 years I am suffering from frequent urinating, an irritable bladder and also incontinence (need to wear sanitary napkins all the time) and frequent urination in the night.
I also have lately lots of gas, often with horrible smell. And I have athlete's foot which just doesn't go away! And now penetration started to hurt me (could I have micro-organisms in my vagina and urinary tract?) Could all this be explained by dysbiosis or leaky gut syndrome? For years I had "rheumatoid arthritis" on and off and I never took these medications for as long as the doctors wanted me to. I ate sweets for too long in my life and called myself a sugar-addict. Now I am working hard to overcome my bad eating habits, and eat organic and no meat and dairy and no junk food at all and am off any medication. Still, I want to get better. I live in Hawaii, no insurance, but I would be willing to visit you if nothing else is possible. What do you suggest? I did juice fasting several times in my life and it always helped but never for my urinating problem.

Of course I cannot diagnose you from such a distance, but I can reflect on cases I have seen with similar symptoms. As to the urinary symptoms, I am reminded of interstitial cystitis (IC). Have you seen a urologist and has this possibility been discussed? As to your other symptoms, that surely reminds me of cases of gut wall infection / dysbiosis. Those cases have almost always come with chronic fatigue and a source of mercury - such as dental amalgam or heavy fish consumption. Recurrent athlete's foot suggests chronic acidity which would point back to some sort of chronic hidden infection. Fungi thrive in an acid environment. In cases of IC acidity provokes the classic symptoms.
