What is recommended dose in using cayenne pepper for keeping ateries clear. Also, is there any effect on stents that are currently in the right coronary artery when using cayenne pepper in capsule form (500mg)?

A quick review of the literature at:www.healthy.net/library/search/medline.htm reveals no studies. I am not sure I would rely on cayenne pepper to prevent stint complications. Since your life is involved, perhaps you should read up on IV chelation therapy. Use the Library Articles button, second from the upper left.
