Chronic Mercury Intoxication

My 33 year old husband had a hair screening test for potentially toxic elements. We are from Panama, Central America, but the hair was sent to Germany for testing. The results are back and he has very high levels of mercury (11ug/g, according to the lab this is 5 times the normal amount), aluminum, lead, tin, magnesium, copper, and other essential elements. I was reading about mercury poisoning from dental amalgam and the use of DMPS. He has many of the nervous system symptoms (depression, fatigue, anxiety, insomnia, irritability, hand numbness, lack of concentration, mental fogginess, memory loss, etc.) and those of Gut Wall Infection (poor digestion, bloating, flatulence, leg cramps). He has made an appointment to remove the dental amlgams, but I am almost sure no one in Panama does DMPS Challenge Tests nor DMPS or DMSA. What kind of doctors would do these procedures so I can try to look one up. If it is not available in Panama, we can travel to Miami, FL. Can you recommend anyone there? How long does the treatment take? More or less what is the cost of this treatment? And what do you suggest can be done to reduce the high levels of the other elements.
