Toxic exposure, chemical sensitivity, pyoderma gan

I experienced a toxic exposure five years ago to burning polyurethane foam and welding fumes that resulted in a breakout of Pyroderma Gangrenosum but not in the typical way. The fire occurred in a room in a frozen dough freezer that had been turned off for maintenance. The residue of dough products, including dairy and eggs, were present and had digested into a stinking morass at the time of the fire. I am looking for any information of testing or treatment for the continuing effects of this condition. Can you supply any or refer me to someone who may have some answers?
