I suffer from chronic hives and was wondering what you would suggest for treatment? I have tried Allegra and Zyrtec as antihistamines and they don't seem to work. I am currently taking Bromelain. I'm allergic to pollens, dander, dust mites and mold. I break out from head to toe and somedays are better than others. I've had them all my life and I am 35 years old now. What else can I do or take?

Testing and treatment for hidden food allergies often produces positive results. Testing is best done with an elimination diet. Investigation for gut associated lyphoid tissue infection and resultant dysbiosis and treatment with the German SanPharma and Pekana remedies is usually fruitful. You will need to find a doc with skills in these areas to get anywhere.
