If one is treated with the Enderlein isopathic remedies for Candida, do you also need to take prescription antifungals, such as oral Amphotericin-B? Also, can one take antifungals if there is a small degree of Liver necrosis present?

Only if the condition has reached life threatening stages would I consider Amphotericin-B or the like. "A small amount of liver necrosis?" I would not touch that one without knowing a lot more about it. Kidney toxicity and liver toxicity are well known possible side-effects of Amphotericin-B. The Enderlien remedies (SanPharma) do not generally require support from other forms of treatment, although the Pekana drainage remedies, including liver and kidney support formulas, are very useful to help with the die-off reaction.
