mother needs advice

My mother had her first stroke when I was 12. I am now 35 and the doctors cannot find out what is wrong with her. Here are some of her symptoms: 1. dizziness 2. feeling like she is floating 3. presssure on left side of head 4. neck and shoulder pain 5. balance problems. She has had several tests including a CAT scan and MRI. The MRI or CAT scan showed a "ripple," but the doctor was unsure what it was.

I don't know about the neck and shoulder pain (probably not related to the rest of it), but as to the rest I suggest you mention the phrase "transient ischemic attack" (TIA) to your doctor and see what conversation that provokes and what he or she might recommend. Treating a TIA requires attention not only to the health of the vascular tree (think IV EDTA chelation therapy for arteriosclerosis), but also the health of the blood which circulates through it. Consider the possibility of hypercoagulability and the conditions which commonly underlie that condition: chronic (usually hidden infection/inflammation) and toxicity (heavy metal and/or organic toxins such as pesticides, herbicides, etc.).
