Blood Volume, CFIDS & Neurally Mediated Hypotensio

I think I have CFIDS. I have the usual laundry list of symptoms. In addition, I have been passing out and was severely injured, recently, during an episode. I had a positive tilt-table test. I need to find a local practitioner that is experienced in treating patients with NMH & CFIDS. I also wanted to have a blood volume test. How is that test performed, and who performs it locally (Santa Rosa)?

In Santa Rosa, I am your best doc. Blood urea nitrogen (BUN) is increased in states characterized by decreased effective circulating blood volume with decreased renal perfusion. Is your BUN elevated?
