Where can I find a listing of foods in general that tells me if there are carbohydrates in them?

Carbohydrates come in three forms: (1) simple, (2) refined, and (3) complex. Simple are sugars: candies, fruits, etc. They all taste sweet. "Refined" refers to white flour: bread, pasta, pastries, etc. Potatoes and rice are comparable to refined. Complex referst o veggies. I encourage you to avoid processed foods, but if you don't, look on the label. And that is it on carbos!
