help what is wrong with me?

I have the following symptoms and I cannot get any answers! I have a constant stabbing pain in the left side of my body between my kidneys and groin. I always have it. I have ovarian cysts but the doctor doesn't think it is related. I am being sick very often and have passed out on one occasion. I am tired all of the time and have lost about 1/2 a stone in weight.

I suggest you have proper diagnostic tests, perhaps beginning with a urinalysis and urine culture and sensitivity and if these are negative an MRI to visualize any possible structural lesions. Ovarian cyst pain is not too unlike what you have described. Also, from the location, one must think of the ureters - the tubes which carry urine from the kidneys to the bladder. But, this is all speculation and even if the anatomical structures are correctly guessed, what may be wrong with them to produce pain is what you really need to know. You could be dealing with a simple infectious/inflammatory problem or something more serious. Get with your doctor and insist on getting a diagnosis as quickly as possible.
