Weight reduction and multi vitamin

I am 50 years old and severely overweight. In April I had back surgery (instrumentation, fusion, cage). I have just started water aerobics which seems to be the only exercise that does not cause any pain. Do you have any advice as to loosing this weight and can you recommend a good multi vitamin. There are so many on the market and I have no idea which are reputable.

A 100% raw food diet usually does the job for weight reduction, but it is not necessarily rapid weight loss ... although usually in the beginning a lot of retained water is lost and the weight reduction from that can be dramatic. I do not suggest that you start this diet on your own, but rather with the supervision of an experienced nutritional medicine doctor and you need to read and educate yourself about it. There are many good books out there on the subject. As to a vitamin/mineral/nutrient supplement, I am intimately familiar with Ultra as I wrote the formula. I believe it to be by far the most complete on the market. You can order it by clicking on the red tab above.
