I have read your book and am attempting to add the vitamins, minerals and enzymes you recommend to my daily diet, which still contains some cooked food. Please recommend the multi-vitamin/supplement that best meets all your requirements so that I won't have to keep so many different products on my shelf.

It is called "Ultra." I designed it. A one to two month supply (depending on how much you choose to take) is $85. Shipping in the US by UPS is $8.50 and there is a 7.5 % sales tax in California. You can use your credit card and order on this website. Click on Order Supplements (the red tab).
