ileostomy wanting to get pregnant

I have had an iliostomy for 2 years. I had my entire colon removed due to ulcerated colitis. And I've been thinking about having another baby and I'm wondering if it would be OK to get pregnant. I'm wondering if the baby would get all the nutrition it needed. Since my bowels move frequently.

Generally speaking, if the mother is in good, robust health, then the fetus will be presented with the same nutritional opportunity. Likewise, if the mother is sickly due to to poor nutrition the fetus will struggle with the same condition. Once teh baby is born, the same considerations apply to the quality of mother's milk.
