Amalgam/Esptein Barr

What supplements should I take before amalgam removal removal? And how long should I take them? Any suggestions on detoxing afterwards? I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia, Esptein Barr, mercury, nickel and one band of Lyme in December. Also, do you know of anyone in the East Bay (a little closer to me) that practices holistic/alternative/chelation medicine? Your name came up the closets on site search.

I will make general comments rather than try to advise you as you are not my patient, at least not yet. When having amalgam extracted, generally speaking, one should be on the various salts of ascorbic acid: calcium ascorbate, magnesium ascorbate, zinc ascorbate, etc. and in high dose 5-8 grams per day or so. On the day of amalgam removal IV vitamin C with reduced L-glutathione is given (this will save a person a lot of chelating later as it will remove mercury one inhales in the gas form when it is drilled on before it can be methylated in the liver and stored in the brain). As to a doctor in the East Bay, as far as I know that area is devoid of docs who practice this kind of medicine. If you come to Santa Rosa you will probably want to have your dental work done here as well as you need to have the IV within two hours of the drilling. I can refer you to a good biological dentist here. And, by the way, do not let anyone but a well trained biological dentist do the removal. You would not go to a general surgeon to have a brain tumor removed so don't let one of those guys who put in this poison take it out. You will live to regret it.
