swallowing spasms

I have severe spasms when I swallow liquids and food. Mints also trigger spasms. I do not have heart burn symptoms. The spasms do not occur each time I eat but occurs often and perhaps when I am eating certain food. It seems to be getting worse and with more foods now. I also have weakness in my muscles especially when I am doing something active. I also notice that I am having a tremor in my right hand at times when I am using it with some pressure toward something.

It does sound as if there is an allergic response to foods. Allergies have their origin in disturbed digestion, usually gut wall infections. Finding a doctor who understands this and can treat it is often quite a challenge.
