Fatty tumors

I am interested in finding info on treating fatty tumors before deciding to surgically remove them. I have only found low-fat diet recommendations.

There is a new possibility and that is injection with collagenase. It is an enzyme which digests collagen - the protein which holds tissues together. The objective is to digest away the capsule which holds the lipoma together.
