Cyanocobalamin (B12) Reaction

My friend has pernicious anemia and is reacting badly to cyanocobalamin. Do you know of variability of reactions as a function of the different types of cobalamin? Her reactions include tachycardia, palpitations, drugged feeling, weakness, etc. She does have Mitral Valve Prolapse with occasional tachycardia and palpitations, orthostatic hypotension, some neuropathies, and many allergies.

I have heard rumors of problems with cyanocobalamine. Methylcobalamine is an alternative.
