I was diagnosed positive of anti-nuclear antibody (speckled) through my blood test, but still do not know what causes it or what is the illness/disease. I've gone through several others blood test that showned negative and/or healthy listed below:-
RHEUMATOID ARTHRITIS
ANTI DS-DNA
ANTI-LA(SScool smiley
ANTI RNP
ANTI RO (SSA)
ANTI SM (SMITH ANTIGEN)
ALANINE AMINO TRANSFERABLE (ALT)
ALBUMIN
ASPARTATE AMINO TRANSFERABLE-AST
COMPLEMENT, C3
COMPLEMENT, C4
CREATININE
ERYTHROCYTE SEDIMENTATION RATE (ESR)
FULL BLOOD COUNT (HEMOGRAM, DC, PLATELET)
ALKALINE PHOSPHATASE (ALP)
HEPATITIS B SURFACE ANTIGEN (HBS AG)
HEPATITIS C ANTIBODY

I'm having joints pain on my elbow (diagnosed as tennis + golfer elbow), knee, palm (near the thumb), feet, and shoulder. The pain seems to be on and off as well as the pain is usually on one part of the body at a time. Constantly having fever ranging from 37.5-38.4C, but will subside after taking paracetamol. I have been nauseated since last year after my second child delivery in the end of October. I've lost weight about 7-8 kg within 4 months. Constantly have no appetite, but I do eat my meals.

Your symptoms sound like garden variety osteoarthitis. I guess the joker in the deck is the unexplained ANA. For osteoarthritis, measures that help are adopting an alkalinizing diet, cutting out simple and refined carbohydrates, eliminating all forms of coffee and caffeine, leaving out junk food or all descriptions, and detoxification procedures. Regardless of what your final diagnosis turns out to be, these measures are ones most people, especially those with degenerative disease, should adopt.
