Mastoiditis

I suffer from reoccuring mastoiditis (about every 6 months or so), which so far has only been relieved by doses of quite heavy antibiotics. It's very scary (unbelievable headaches behind the ear)and I would like to get rid of it for good.

Like any recurring infectious conditions it is a host deficiency and not the raw power of the microorganism which is at cause. The most common condition which causes recurring infections is an acid condition in the "terrain," that is the mesenchyme or connective tissue of the body. Blood microscopy is extremely helpful in determining how to treat a person properly. Acidity of the terrain is reversed by changing eating habits to a vegetable food diet. Freshly made veggie juices - from raw veggies - are very useful in this regard. The SanPharma remedies are excellent at rehabilitating the terrain providing one has achieved alkalinity - which can be hard to do in the presence of a chronic infection and usually requires special nutritonal preparations. Whey protein powder is useful in this regard. The SanPharmas you have to get from a health practitioner.

Dear Dr Kennedy.
Thank you very much for your swift reply.
Would it be advisable to cut out all acid foods????
Is there any veggies which would be especially beneficial for making this juice??
It would be a major change in lifestile indeed but i'm willing to give it a try!
Thanks again T O N I

Giving it a try is not sufficient. It may take a long, long time to have its effect and if you then revert to your old ways, probably here come the mastoiditis again. I advise you to find a practitioner skilled in detox. I am not advising treatment for you myself, nor am I advising you to treat yourself. Variety is the key when juicing.
