Reduce Tryglycerides

My tryglyceride count is too high (345) and I would like to know what foods should I be consuming to reduce it besides excercise.

What you really need to know is which foods to avoid. This is something you have to determine by trial an error. The most common offending foods are simple and refined carbohydrates (breads, pastas, etc.) rather than fats. However, there are a few people in whom the opposite is true. Where fats are the problem, the major offenders are cooked fats. Raw fats, in moderation, typically reduce triglycerides. Triglycerides are a fuel storage form for muscular work and are constructed in the liver by using the breakdown products of simple carbohydrates. Cut the source and burn the fuel.
