Lung Disease and Thyroid Hormone Replacement

If a person has lung disease and has to take thyroid hormone replacement,
can thyroid hormone, which increases the demand for oxygen, put a greater
stress on their lung disease?

If dosed correctly the effect will be good on all organs, including the lungs.
