There is no guaranteed cure, mainstream or alternative. 25% of people with hep-C die from it. The goal should be to land in the 75% who do not. The best chance of that lies in this formula: detox, detox, detox. A healthy person should be doing one detox method each day. A person with hep-C should be doing 3, 4, or 5. For example: colon therapy, infra-red sauna, lots of distillled water, intestinal cleansing, raw food diet, etc.

I do not specialize in infectious disease, so I would defer to those who are specialists in this area. You may want to get a second opinion, but be sure it is from an expert. As to beer drinking and Hep C, sounds like your boyfriend needs an education. Click on Basis of Physical Health above and read carefully from top to bottom. The only way I have ever heard that Hep C has been eliminated is by this approach: raw food diet and SANUM/SanPharma remedies. You need the right doctor. This is critically important. Making the diagnosis is one thing and giving correct information on transmission is one thing. Successful treatment is quite another.
