Fasting protocol & wheatgrass

Do you happen to have a general guide-line for fasting - i.e. how many days, what to eat before and after, what supplements to take, etc.? I just completed a protocol adapted from the Hippocrates Clinic which emphasized the consumption of wheat grass and sprouts and am wondering if you think wheat grass has a sufficient amount of nutrients to sustain someone during a fast, and what you think of wheat grass and sprouts in general. as sources of nutrition.

I do not recommend total (water) fasting. I do recommend juice fasting for certain conditions. You can read about juice fasting by looking up that article in Library Articles. I have never used wheat grass, so I can't comment on that.
