Lightheadedness and smoking

For some time I have suffered a spaced out light-headed feeling . At best it feels just a spacey feeling but at worst it feels as though I'm about to black out. My BP and sugar levels have been checked but they are both normal. I don't drink or take drugs but do smoke about 20 cigarettes a day. Im 29 years old. Can you suggest any reasons for this or if not maybe suggest something I can take to alleviate the problem slightly.

With over 200 chemicals in cigarettes, many of which are addictive, and also arsenic, you may not have to look too far for a cause of your lightheadedness.
