Does anyone out there know what these little red dots are all over my body? Some are bigger than others, especially near upper chest, neck area. Have been diagnosed with Hypothyroidism @ 2-3 months ago. Not getting better on Armour! Help!

No one should try to diagnose little red dots w/o seeing them. Your problem may be a bit more complex than a single diagnosis. Always the same problem: need to find the right doctor.

Dear Trudy:

I also have the small red dots on my body and have been diagnosed with hypothyroidism. I have been taking synthroid for 9 months.

In October, I asked Dr. Kennedy about the red dots. If you use the archives search with blood blisters as the subject and within the last 90 days, you can click on his answer to my question.

Maybe a dermatologist would be the best doctor to ask if this doesn't seem to help.

Good luck,

Andreas

Blood blisters are not part of thyroid problems to my knowledge. Have you had any medical investigations, tests, etc. about why you should have a problem bleeding?
