heel spur

What can I do about a painful heel spur? Anything nutritional? I wear orthotics for my flat feet and acupuncture helps it some. I also use essential oils on it. I am already on glucosamine and pagosid (devil's claw) for knee arthritis.

A heal spur is a very anatomical problem. Although the origin may have been nutritional (or it may have had something do with nanobacteria) it is unlikely that nutritoinal means will handle it. The usual treatment is surgical removal which is ordinarily a simple procedure done on an outpatient basis by a podiatrist.
