I am 36 yrs of age and am on an HGH activator, so I thought I would look it up and I saw where people are using it to try to rebuild the myelin sheath with MS. My brother is 37 and was diagnosed with ALS 2 yrs ago. Will it also help with him? We also have him on Gero Vita. Is this useful. Also what would finding a doc who does detox do for my brother.

There are no studies to recommend what you have suggested. I have had one person with ALS take real (injectible) HGH and the progession of the disease stopped. He is now six years past diagnosis without significant progression. The idea of HGH for MS makes sense, and I have heard of good clinical results, but as I say, no studies of which I am aware. Gero Vita is a company, I presume you mean GH3. No direct effect on ALS or MS as far as I know, but will not hurt anything. Detox can help to the degree that a person is toxic. That would be determined by physical exam, lab tests, etc.
