hydrocortisone safe?

I have had all my mercury fillings removed and am ready to start detoxing. I have read that DMPS is agressive and quick and DMSA with chlorella is slower with fewer side effects. Which would you recommend and why? Also, my adrenals were tested recently and found to be weak and I have Hashimoto's thyroiditis. My doctor has prescribed 5 mg hydrocortisone 3x daily and says I need to be on it for two years until I'm stronger. This makes me uneasy. Are there any other options?

Sounds like you are in the hands of a knowledgable doctor. I have no corrections to make. Hydrocortisone at those doses is safe and DMSA with Chlorella is the best way to bring out mercury safely, provided the dose of DMSA is not too high for your level of mercury.
