I have cactus thorns stuck in my back. They are small reddish needles. The cactus is a standerd Texas cactus that you might see anywhere. I have little red bumps were the thorns are but cannot see them . What to do?

You can have them picked out with a sharp sterile needle (using a magnifying glass) or wait for them to grow out. Good luck.
